The movers Dave, Travis and Serge were excellent -- We really can't say enough about them -- They are the reason for the 5 stars. The front desk, however, is going to hurt this company. We were asked for a deposit, we etransferred right away. The day before the move we were called requesting a deposit, I had to send the etransfer confirmation as proof we sent it. The day of the move when settling up, they showed no deposit! We waited on moving day because the front desk had the location wrong. When I called to inquire of their whereabouts I told Josephine we were at a specific locker number. Then Dave called ten or 15 mins later, still at the first location -- the office hadn't paged him with our location or the locker number. We finally got going, and we could not imagine a better team or more efficiency. If the front desk got its act together, we doubt anyone could beat them.
